The package includes the Cataconda Snake and a USB cable for charging.
The included USB cable can be plugged into any wall mounted charger or electronic device to charge the snake. A red light appears when the snake is actively charging and turns off once fully charged.
We ship from the UK and utilize one day shipping within the UK utilizing Royal Mail. For international orders, we use Royal Mail International Standard Service (3-5 days in Europe, 6 days worldwide)
The Cataconda Snake works on all surfaces. However, ideal operation requires a relatively flat surface. Carpeted floors with folds or obstructions tend to obstruct the snake’s movement, as does uneven tiling. The snake is able to detect and move backwards when seeing an obvious obstruction like walls or furniture.
We have a 30 day money back return policy and will ask customers to ship their order back. However, customers should still get in touch even after 30 days if there is a problem with their Cataconda Snake that requires repair or replacement.
