All Cataconda purchases are eligible for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Purchases are eligible for a refund for up to 30 days for non-functioning products. Beyond this period, customers are still eligible for replacement or repair of products.  This is part of our commitment to ensure customer satisfaction and to build long term relationships with our fellow cat lovers.
